Thoughtful practice for real bodies, real nervous systems, and real lives.
Hatha, Yin & adaptive Yoga in Dubai and Online.
Yoga therapist in training.
Yoga that adapts to real bodies.
Yoga is often presented as though the body must become more flexible, more disciplined, more symmetrical, more resilient, or more visually impressive before the practice can be considered successful.
Yogadapt begins from a different premise.
The practice should adapt to the person in front of it.
I teach Hatha, Yin, and adaptive yoga for real bodies, real nervous systems, and real lives. My work is grounded in clear instruction, thoughtful sequencing, accessibility, and respect for the lived experience of each student.
As a yoga therapist in training, I am especially interested in how yoga can be made more individual, more responsive, and less dependent on the idea that there is one correct way for a body to practise.
This is not yoga as performance.
It is yoga as enquiry, support, steadiness, and relationship: with breath, with movement, with rest, and with the body as it actually is.
Yogadapt is for anyone seeking a thoughtful yoga practice, whether you are new to yoga, returning to movement, living with disability, managing pain or fatigue, or simply looking for a steady, non-performative approach.
You do not need to have a disability, injury, or health condition to practise with me. Yogadapt is for anyone who wants yoga to feel clear, supportive, and respectful of the body they arrive with. Each practice can be adapted in its intention, pace, level of challenge, and level of support to suit your individual needs.
